Do you think the Bush administration was right or wrong in wiretapping [telephone] conversations [between U.S. citizens living in the United States and suspected terrorists living in other countries] without obtaining a court order?

Comments:
The way I've phrased it uses the wording they used, but if I recall correctly the portion in brackets was part of the prior question, which they then refered to with this question. The actual questions used is available on the page I linked to. It would be interesting to know what the breakdown was by party affiliation. The USA Today page I saw did not provide that information, and I haven't gone to CNN or Gallup to see if they do.
